Region IV offers an array of services for adults ages 18 and older who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness. These services include:
Counseling Services
Trained professionals provide individual, group, marriage and family counseling that build on individual's strengths and needs in a variety of areas.
Case Management
The case management program for adults with serious mental illness provides assistance in locating resources, becoming more independent and overcoming challenges to living in the community.

You will have one individual who is assigned to be your case manager. This person will have your needs and interest in mind. It is up to you to tell your case manager of goals you have in your life and the community resources you want to use. The ultimate goal of case management is for you to gain the highest level of independence and personal growth possible while becoming a values member of your community.
Day Programs
Law Enforcement Training
Region IV offers in-service training to all law enforcement personnel on a biannual basis. The training is conducted by a Masters level Therapists as well as case managers who have expertise in dealing with the mentally ill population.

The purpose is to increase community awareness and bridge the communication gap between mental health and law enforcement.

Emergency Services
Region IV has a staff member available 24 hours a day to consult with individuals regarding problems that arise after hours or on weekends. You can reach a staff person by calling 1-888-287-4443.
Hours of Operation
Services are provided Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is closed in observance of State Holidays. Special arrangements are made for after hour services.
Fees
Adult services are based on a sliding scale fee that is based on family size and household income. Medicaid, Medicare, CHIPS, and private insurances are accepted.
